Initially the website says that my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is worth an $800 trade in. Then at the end of the transaction, it says my trade in is only valued at $220. I don’t understand why the promotion isn’t being honored. Verizon is telling me that if I trade in my old 4 year old iPhone XR I can get 800 dollars trade in credit toward iPhone 14 which means that I get this phone for free. Is this legitimate? She confirmed the issue and did some work to issue a credit for current charges. And she also stated that the credit going forward would be applied. i.e. 800 dollars over 30 months.
